Mr. Buckner Hubert Kodzo is the Head of HEALTH, PHYSICAL EDUCATION, AND RECREATION, at Kpando Technical Institute. He is a dedicated educator, trainer and result oriented with over 2 decades of teaching experienced with 14 years teaching physical education and 6 years of expertise in Competency- Based Training (CBT) for entrepreneurship. He also support curriculum development, learner centered institution, and youth capacity building.

Buckner began his teaching journey at St. Francis teacher training college, where he obtained Teachers Certificate ‘A’ and later serving at Nuarudini English / Arabic JHS before pursuing his bachelor of Education in Physical Education at the University of Cape Coast. In 2010, he joined Kpando Technical Institute as a physical education tutor, where he has advanced into leadership and training roles. He has been trained and certified by both AAMUSTED and the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) CBT Facilitator, Assessor, and internal Verifier. His specialization also includes entrepreneurship training under the CBT model, aligning with Ghana’s national skills development and TVET reforms agenda.
