Mr. Francis Agbese is current Finance Officer of Kpando Technical Institute. Prior to this position, he was first appointed and posted to Avatime SHS, Avatime, as a teacher (Non Prof) in erstwhile Ghana Education Service-GES in 2004. He was later converted into Accounting Class as an Accountant in 2009 and posted to Anlo Senior High School, Anloga as an accounting subordinate.

Having worked for 5 years as a subordinate, he was appointed as a Substantive Accountant and reposted to Dorfor Senior High School, Juapong in 2013

By dint of hard work, Agbese Francis rose from the rank of Accountant in 2009 to Chief Accountant II, the second to final rank in 2021. With the current migration in Ghana Tvet Service, Mr. Francis Agbese is ranked Principal Manager Accounting and Finance Reporting.

Mr Francis Agbese was a product of Keta Business Secondary School. He hold Msc Accounting and Finance at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology.

He also holds Bachelor of Commence Accounting option and HND Accountancy at the University of Cape Coast and Koforidua Technical University respectively.
