NATIONAL SECRETARY

Emmanuel Kwafo Offei completed Welding & Fabrication at KPANDO Technical Institute in 1983. He lived in House 2 (Dagadu House).
He is married with four children and lives in Dansoman, Accra.
He is the Executive Director of Prison Fellowship Ghana and a former Principal of Government Technical Training Centre (GTTC) now Government Technical Institute (GTI) Kaneshie (2019–2024).
He serves as National Secretary of KPANTOSA and Secretary of its Accra Branch.
