Hello, I’m Harry Sapaty, a Building Construction Technology facilitator with a strong commitment to bridging the gap between theory and practical skills in the construction industry. With over two decades of hands-on experience in construction and technical education, I help students and trainees gain the knowledge, confidence, and competence they need to succeed in today’s dynamic built environment.
My focus is on delivering clear, industry-aligned/Competency Based Training (CBT) instruction in areas such as structural systems, building materials, site safety and sustainable construction methods. I strive to create a learning environment that is both technically rigorous and deeply practical—encouraging critical thinking, teamwork and a safety-first mindset.
Whether guiding students through blueprint reading, construction planning, or emerging technologies like BIM (Building Information Modeling), I’m passionate about preparing the next generation of builders, engineers, and site managers to build smarter, safer, and more sustainably.
When I’m not in the classroom or on the job site, I stay engaged with industry trends, professional development, and mentoring young professionals entering the field of construction education.
